1. Introduction
Welcome to Stelar Business Event ("KRB Ventures Ltd", "Stelar," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website www.stelarbusinessevent.com and your participation in Stelar Business Event.
By accessing our website or registering for our event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or register for our event.

2. Definitions

"Event" refers to Stelar Business Event scheduled for 17 October 2026 in Auckland, New Zealand.
"Participant" refers to any individual who registers for and attends the Event.
"Ticket" refers to registration and entry to the Event.
"Waitlist" refers to the pre-registration list for early access to tickets.

3. Waitlist Registration

3.1. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee ticket availability or constitute a binding commitment to purchase.
3.2. Waitlist members will receive priority access to tickets and exclusive early-access pricing when ticket sales open.
3.3. We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets available and to close the waitlist at any time.
3.4. By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from Stelar regarding the Event.

4. Ticket Purchase and Payment

4.1. All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
4.2. Ticket prices will be announced when sales open and are subject to change without notice.
4.3. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
4.4. We accept Stripe and direct deposit.
4.5. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
4.6. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase. Please retain this for your records.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. No Refunds Policy:

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations by participants for any reason.
Participants who are unable to attend the Event are not entitled to a refund.

5.2. Transfer of Tickets:

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 60 days before the Event by notifying us in writing at support@katerubybradshaw.com.
The original purchaser remains responsible for payment.
Ticket transfers are subject to approval by Stelar.

5.3. Cancellation by Stelar:

If the Event is cancelled by Stelar due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of their ticket price.
Unforeseen circumstances include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, venue unavailability, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Stelar is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

5.4. Event Postponement:

If the Event is postponed to a new date, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another person in accordance with section 5.2.
No refunds will be provided for postponed events.

5.5. Partial Attendance:

No refunds or credits will be provided for partial attendance or failure to attend any portion of the Event.

6. Event Changes

6.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the Event program, speakers, schedule, venue, or format at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
6.3. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of significant changes.

7. Participant Conduct

7.1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
7.2. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.
7.3. No refund will be provided to participants removed from the Event due to misconduct.
7.4. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

8. Photography, Recording, and Media

8.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
8.2. Stelar retains all rights to use photographs, video footage, or recordings taken at the Event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
8.3. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before the Event.
8.4. Participants may not record, photograph, or film speakers or sessions without express written permission from Stelar.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content provided at the Event, including but not limited to presentations, materials, audio sessions, and resources, is the intellectual property of Stelar or our speakers and partners.
9.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Event content without written permission.
9.3. Participants may use materials for personal reference and learning only.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).
10.2. By registering for the Event or joining the waitlist, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10.3. Your information will be used to:

Process your registration and payment
Communicate Event details and updates
Provide pre-event and post-event materials
Improve our services and future events

10.4. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Event or as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Stelar, its founders, partners, speakers, and affiliates will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your attendance or inability to attend the Event
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence

11.2. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
11.3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under New Zealand law.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. Stelar will not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Venue unavailability
  • Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

12.2. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Event or provide alternative arrangements.

13. Dietary Requirements and Accessibility

13.1. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and accessibility needs if notified in advance.
13.2. Please inform us of any requirements at the time of registration or at least 14 days before the Event.
13.3. While we will endeavor to meet all requests, we cannot guarantee all requirements can be fulfilled.

14. Age Restriction

14.1. The Event is designed for business professionals aged 18 and over.
14.2. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

15. Website Use

15.1. You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
15.2. You must not:

  • Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

18.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stelar, its founders, partners, speakers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Your conduct at the Event

19. Governing Law

19.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
19.2. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

20. Severability

20.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

21.1. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stelar regarding the Event.
21.2. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

22. Amendments

22.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
22.2. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
22.3. Your continued use of the website or participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
