By purchasing a ticket to Stelar Business Event on 17 October 2026 at Aotea Centre, Auckland, you agree to the following terms.
1. REGISTRATION
Your ticket purchase registers you for the event. You confirm that you (and anyone you're registering on behalf of) are 16 years or older. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and notify us of any changes. Tickets cannot be transferred without our written permission.
2. NO REFUNDS
Tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, change your mind, or miss any part of the event, we cannot offer a refund. By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute against us.
3. IF WE CANCEL OR POSTPONE
If we need to cancel or postpone the event, we'll notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you're unable to attend the new date, notify us in writing within 10 business days and we'll issue a full refund.
It is your responsibility to keep your registration information complete, accurate, and current. If you do not receive notice of cancellation or postponement because your contact details have changed and you haven't notified us, we are not liable and no refund will be issued.
We are not liable for cancellation or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic, severe weather, or government restrictions. We are also not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
4. EVENT CHANGES
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule and speakers. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website.
5. PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
The event will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to your image being used in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you'd prefer not to be photographed, please let our team know on the day and we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate this.
We may also use any comments, feedback, or testimonials you provide for commercial purposes. At your request, we will anonymise your personal information before publishing any testimonial.
6. PRIVACY
Your personal information will be used to facilitate your registration, communicate about the event, and process payment. By registering, you'll be added to our email list. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to follow all venue rules and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or behaving inappropriately. No refund will be issued in such cases.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to the event — including content, materials, presentations, audio, video, downloads, branding, and any resources provided before, during, or after the event — remain the property of KRB Ventures Ltd.
This content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, upload, sell, or create derivative works from any event content without our prior written permission.
9. DISCLAIMER
The content at this event is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional business, financial, legal, or medical advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make as a result of attending.
10. LIABILITY
We take reasonable care in delivering this event, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the ticket price you paid.
11. GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
