A creative strategist and digital entrepreneur, Bailey works with women who have bold ideas and big ambitions, helping them bridge the gap between vision and execution. From managing global events as a teenager to launching her own business at seventeen, Bailey has been immersed in brand building, storytelling, and online strategy for more than a decade.
Driven by purpose and social impact, Bailey is passionate about using her platform to create meaningful change and amplify the work of women who are building a better world.

With over 15 years of experience and more than 100 live events delivered, Kate is an internationally recognised coach and an exceptionally skilled facilitator who has helped leaders across the globe transform how they think, lead, and create.
